The East Lancashire Railway has announced that 34046 Braunton will be visiting them for a weekend of steamy action in August.
Running alongside sister locomotive, 34092 City of Wells, Braunton will taking part in the West Country Weekend.
This will see the line run with both locomotives for the weekend, operating the Yellow Timetable.
Standard fares apply for the weekend, Freedom of the Line tickets being the best value and allow for unlimited travel all weekend.

I wish I’d known – we would have been there to see her. I can’t remember reading about it in the e mails we get. An oversight on my part perhaps.
I agree with the comment below, rare omission from
this excellent web site. Wish I could go, but I will be in Jersey that weekend. Will have a look at their other events instead.
34046 the dates 23-26 August would have been useful,rather than a weekend in August.
I have been told that Braunton will be at the ELR for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
