Saturday 30th March 2019 saw LNER Thompson B1 No. 61306 Mayflower haul The Cathedrals Express from London Euston to Worcester Shrub Hill & return via Kidderminster.
This day saw the B1 head through places such as London Euston, Watford Junction, Milton Keynes Central, Northampton, Rugby, Nuneaton, Walsall, Birmingham & Kidderminster.
The Cathedrals Express is run by Steam Dreams and travels across the UK to many towns and cities.
Saturday 30th March saw RailView filmed 61306 Mayflower at places such as Whittleford (just outside Nuneaton, Warwickshire) passing through 1 minute early at 10:28. Hartlebury, Worcestershire, passing through 1 minute early at 12:34. Old Hill, West Midlands, passing through 2 minutes early at 18:16 & Coleshill Parkway, Warwickshire on time at 19:45.

Info about 61306 Mayflower:
- Designed by Edward Thompson.
- Built by the North British Locomotive Company in Glasgow in 1948.
- Withdrawn from BR service in 1967
- Purchased directly from BR for preservation by a private owner in 1968
- She was then named Mayflower, after scrapped sister engine, 61379 MayflowerÂ
- Returned to service in the 1970sÂ
- In 2006 she was purchased by Boden Rail Engineering Ltd
- She returned to the mainline in under her own power 2012 Â
- In 2014 she was purchased by David Buck, who is her current owner
- In 2015, she made a full return to the mainlineÂ
- She was taken to be overhauled in 2015 due to boiler problems
- She returned to the mainline once again in late 2018
- She hauled her first revenue earning run since 2015 in February 2019Â
