UPDATE 17:30 14th December 2018: 35028 Clan Line has FAILED its Fitness To Run exam and will no longer haul this train. We have no confirmation of what will haul this tour instead.

Steam locomotive 35028 Clan Line will be back in steam on the mainline and will be in London and Shalford on Saturday 15th December 2018.

The Merchant Navy locomotive is on a special railtour tomorrow. 35028 is hauling ‘The Belmond British Pullman’ railtour on Saturday.

The steam locomotive will depart London Victoria at approximately 12:21 pm.

The railtour will then leave London Victoria, bound for Shalford, where it will steam through Clapham Junction (12:43), Richmond (12:58), Twickenham (13:02), Staines (13:14), Woking (13:59) and Guildford (14:09) before arriving into Shalford at 14:16.

After a 20 minute break in Shalford, 35028 Clan Line will depart at 14:39, it will then steam through Gomshall (14:48) before making a stop at Redhill (15:16). After the pause, the locomotive will steam back to London Victoria non-stop, steaming through South Croydon (15:36), Selhurst (15:41) and Clapham Junction (15:50).

35028 Clan Line will make its final destination of London Victoria at 16:05.
