DB Cargo UK has announced that three Class 60 locomotives have been put up for sale and are now available for offers to be put forward.
The locomotives, 60004, 60018 and 60014, all based at Toton TMD, are sold as seen and where lying.
Removal of the locomotives is at the buyers’ expense.
If you are interested, then you can register your interest for the locomotives in accordance with the “Guide to making an offer for a Locomotive.” on the DB Cargo website
Registrations of interest should be e-mailed to [email protected]. Postal registrations of interest can also be sent (see below).
The closing date for registrations of interest for these locomotives is at noon on Thursday 7th November 2018

What does an unloved Class 60 actually sell for second hand ,approximately ?
Shame really because the Class 60 Diesel locomotives are very reliable when doing freight movements and some that do special passenger charter services.
