The Vintage Carriage Trust has announced that the Museum of Rail Travel, based at Ingrow West on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, has earned its third TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Now in its eighth year, the achievement is set up to celebrate organisations that have received great reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year.

The Certificate of Excellence awardees includes attractions, restaurants and accommodations located all over the world that have continually given a good customer experience.

An impressive 82% of TripAdvisor visitors have awarded the museum a five-star rating. The remaining 18% gave a four-star rating.

About the award

The award accounts for quality, quantity and how recent the reviews were made. To qualify for the award, the organisation must maintain an overall four out of five stars, have a minimum number of reviews and must be listed on TripAdvisor for 12 months.
