Didcot Railway Centre to open 500,000 signalling centre

The Didcot Railway Centre will be officially opening their new Signalling Centre on the 23rd June 2018.

A fantastic weekend for all at the DRC, everyone from the novice to the expert, there will be something for everyone.

The Grand Opening of ‘The Signalling Centre’ will include the ceremonial opening of Swindon Panel, an exciting and unbelievable journey into preservation that you certainly don’t want to miss.

The have now confirmed that the ceremony will now be officiated by Francis How, who is Chief Executive of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, and will take place at 12 noon on the 23rd June.
