The Bluebell Railway has announced that plans, which will see Peppercorn A1 No. 60163 “Tornado” visit the Line, are at an advanced stage.

Tornado is planned to operate five days while at the Bluebell Railway. The first day 60163 will run is Friday the 25th of May, the last day being Tuesday the 29th of May. This includes the Bank Holiday Monday, the 28th.

Events and Services around Tornado’s visit are still being arranged, with more details due to be released closer to the time of the visit.

Tornado has visited the Bluebell Railway before in 2014, wearing BR Blue livery, carrying the Early Crest.
