Hornby has released the BR 8F Steam Locomotive on to their model railway website and has added to their collection of Steam Locomotives.

The 8F had become the largest class of steam locomotive in the Stanier Class of locomotives. It was also the fourth largest in the BR class.

This class of locomotive was used for carrying heavy loads of freight around the UK.

The two new models come with either Late BR and Fowler Tender or in LMS condition.

The new 8F locomotives are priced at £169.99 per carriage and will make a great addition to your layout.
