On the 8th November 2017, RMT are taking a planned strike over whether guards should be kept on trains or not, which is affecting Northern trains.
A little over a month ago, the RMT had their last strike. Again, as a result, on strike day, Northern will not be running a normal timetable. Although they are planning on running 1300 services throughout the day
Northern will be concentrating on its effort between the hours of 7am and 7pm to get people to work and back home again. Between these hours, Northern hope to run 65% of the normal timetable.
The link below will take you to the page with all of the timetables, please note that these are the only Northern services that will run.
In addition, Northern are putting the following services on:
- Leeds to Skipton additional trains at 2053 and 2226
- Additional services from Leeds to Ilkley at 2107 and 2315
