South Western Railway To Give Away Breakfast and Coffee

South Western Railway are giving away 1000s of breakfast items on its trains this week as part of the National Customer Service Week.

The train operator operating around London and the south west will be giving away 30,000 breakfasts, 90,000 coffee vouchers and 100,000 packets of jelly beans to its passengers.

National Customer Service week runs from 2 to 6 October 2017.

Christian Neill, who is South Western Railways Head of Customer Experience, said: “Delivering great customer service really matters to us, so we want to celebrate Customer Service Week in style. Our customers deserve to be treated and we think they’ll really enjoy our great giveaways, making their journeys even better.”

Where can you get your freebie?

Station and train staff will be handing  out the items at various points on South Western Railway trains.

Station staff at London Waterloo, Basingstoke, Woking, Wimbledon, Guildford, Southampton Central, Portsmouth, Southsea and Epsom will be handing out vouchers for coffee on the 2nd and 4th October 2017.

Passengers can expect to see Jelly Beans being given out at Waterloo, Basingstoke, Clapham Junction, Guildford, Richmond, Southampton Central, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Portsmouth & Southsea, Surbiton, Woking and Wimbledon on 3, 5 and 6 October.

Train stewards will be handing out breakfast boxes on the train and will be being distributed on the following routes on 3rd, 5th and 6th October 2017.

  • Portsmouth to Waterloo
  • Bournemouth to Waterloo
  • Salisbury to Waterloo
  • London Waterloo to Exeter
  • Waterloo to Portsmouth
  • Services from Waterloo to Weymouth
  • Waterloo to Salisbury
