ScotRail has announced that Lavazza coffee machines are being installed by Selecta on the platforms of three stations in Scotland.
Stirling, Rutherglen and Linlithgow are all getting a coffee machine to give you that caffine fix in a morning.
Prices (after launch) start at £1 for an espresso, £1.40 for a cappucino and £1.50 for a mocha.
To mark the launch of the coffee machines, ScotRail and Selecta will be handing out free coffee and light treats next week.
Tuesday 24th October will see Stirling Station get the free coffees, whilst Rutherglen gets it on Wednesday 25th October. Finally on Thursday 26th Octobeer, Linlithgow will receive the free coffee.
Colin Whyte, who is the ScotRail Alliance’s commercial property manager, said: “We’re building the best railway Scotland’s ever had, and giving our stations the best facilities is a key part of this. This new ‘grab and go’ machine will help our customers to start their day on the right track.”
