Steam Locomotive, Hunslet ‘George B’ will steam once again this weekend (22/23 April 2017) at the Bala Lake Railway.
George B was built by the Hunslet Steam Loco Company, in 1898, in Leeds. The locomotive worked its working life at Dinorwic Quarries, in North Wales.
The Hunslet will steam out of Llanuwchllyn Station at 11am and will be pulling her(his) first ever passengers along Llyn Tegid / Bala Lake until 5:30!
It is hoped that George B will become a regular sight along the narrow gauge railway, in North Wales.
