For 2017, the Corris Railway will be holding their Gala on Sunday May 28th.

Trains will be operating between Corris and Maespoeth in a variety of formations. Trains will be both steam and diesel hauled, with at least one gravity train running from Corris to the Junction.

See the construction of two new carriages in Maespoeth Carriage Sheds among other things. The museum at Corris will be open and the café will be open serving light refreshments.

Carriage number 20 has been made into a brake composite vehicle to allow passenger trains at the Gala and in 2017 generally will be able to load up to a trio of carriages.
