In March 2017, the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway are running a special train from Oxenhope to Carlisle (hauled by Flying Scotsman) and return.

Flying Scotsman and its Railtour is to celebrate the reopening of the Settle & Carlisle line, which was close in February 2016 after a landslide shut the line.

Flying Scotsman will run from Oxenhope (On the KWVR) to Carlisle via Haworth, Oakworth, Ingrow West, Keighley, Skipton, Settle, Ribblehead and Carlisle.

60103 will haul the Railtour in both directions. The Railtour will be the start of the Flying Scotsman at the KWVR week.
