Back in April, the Ffestiniog Railway ran is annual fundraising train, ‘The Snowdonian’. Due to overwhelming interest, On Saturdday 11th June 2016, the railway is running the Snowdonian Limited, this is a Non-Stop express of the whole 40 mile route from Caernarfon – Porthmadog – Blaenau Ffestiniog and return.
The express will be completed in 2 steps: Garratt 143 will haul the WHR step of the journey, whilst Linda, Lilla and Hugh Napier take control of the FR step.
Once again we hope to follow the train on part of its journey and post the results next week.
