Todays late post is Episode 15 of the series Throwback Thursdays. This week, we see Harlech Castle with a P-Way Train at Tanygrisau, on the Ffestiniog Railway.
The P-Way Train, which stands for the Permanent Way Train, is the works train that transports materials and tools, along with volunteers to repair anything along the line, without this train, the railway couldn’t run, and could be seen as the unsung hero!
This picture was taken in 2014 on a bleak October half term, it was captured on a Microsoft Lumia 1320 with a 5MP camera.
