Our 13th Episode of ‘Throwback Thursdays’ see us travel back to August 2014, and sees us visit the Llangollen Railway.
The train featured is the Wickham 109 DMU. This is the only one left in the world and was restored by the Llangollen Railway from scrap condition.
The Wickham DMU runs on most operating days, and sometimes runs alongside a steam engine. The DMU also runs the first and last trains of the day on busy days. To check the timetable, click here
