Today (Friday) is the first day of the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway’s Three Day Winter Steam Gala

With an intensive timetable running throughout, the Gala runs from the 26th-28th February.

With resident and visiting Loco’s, goods and passsenger trains, there will certainly be plenty to see each day, well worth a visit, wether it be for just one day, or indeed all three.

Here at RailAdvent, we are hoping to visit the Gala on Saturday, and ‘technology permitting’ we are hoping to blog about the event throughout the day (well until the battery goes flat at least!)
