The Welsh Highland Railway is a narrow gauge railway, located in Gwynedd, North Wales.

The railway runs from the port at Porthmadog to the seaside town of Caernarfon via the foot of Snowdon.

Refreshments are available Porthmadog as well ice creams and hot drinks being found at Caernarfon. Refreshments can also be bought on the train from one of the onboard stewards. An adult return ticket costs £39.80

A family ticket (2+2) costs £79.60 (one child goes free with each paying adult).

Concession fares, single tickets and tickets to intermediate stations are also available.
