A modern looking unit heads eastwards to Exeter in Devon! Looks twin electric doors? I suppose they can be over-ridden if trains on its side with no driver! The one i knew in 1963/4 had lots of compartments, Each door with a brass door handle! N, U, S15 Maunsell sorts 31874, 855, 853, 30841 stood outside Heavy lift road blocking road by one measly inch! Took off a bucket full of brass door handles. Oh what a fuss! It had only just arrived? From then on driver changes ends when reversing! That one unit plus the small 63 (22 class) was my introduction to diesel in 60s! I was interested in earlier video of cleaners doing their stuff! (Had some good times when cleaning)!
