Accessibility boost for London Paddington tube stationA new ticket hall has opened on the Bakerloo line at Paddington Tube station that provides direct step-free access from the street to station platforms via two lifts.

I think it’s great to have a new ticket hall and entrance at Paddington Square and adjacent to Paddington main line station. Just like at Kings Cross St Pancras.

LOL this is nothing new as back in the 18th centaury here in Britain parcels and letter where carried on Trams for delivery on route, this even carried on the buses in the 1960's.
