At Hall Royd Junction in Todmorden on the 11th of November 2024 to catch the heritage HST come through as the 5Z44 empty carriage stock service…

My late father went to the TT as a mechanic when the races restarted after WW2, however after late night drinking session he was the least hungover in the morning and had to take there bike for a spin around the circuit as the driver was fed plenty of black coffee.

The tales of old! We first went across in 1990 & things like that still went on! Not nowadays tho’, it’s serious, with random drug tests & breathalysers!
