Does anyone know if there’s anymore developments regarding West Coast Railways and their central door locking situation? Because it would be nice to see a different locomotive running instead of 34067 Tangmere and 44871 being the only ones that West Coast Railways are running.

No change was the latest we was told in discussions with WCRC. They are working on an exemption application – however, we do know that they have bought CDL-fitted stock, so it is just a case of having available air-braked locos.

Yes apparently there was a class 47 came up to Burton ot Wetmore sidings to Carnforth steamtown
