The Final Bitumen Freight Tanker Train Service 6M43 running from Haverton Total Colas to Colas Ribble Rail Preston was operated by Colas Class 56 Heritage Diesel Locomotive Number 56105.
This had failed due to poor track conditions at Copy Pit and by the time it reached Accrington it was running 211 minutes late.
