Tangmere has failed, tour to return via WCML as far as we know, (now actually terminated at Carlisle)

There seems to be a number of Steam Train excursions being cancelled over the Settle to Carlisle route as I was hope to catch three but it looks like just one and that’s being pulled by Tangmere, looks like that will be diesel hauled again.
