When looking to confirm unit numbers for my latest video on Realtime Trains I could see that a number of services where cancelled due to ‘Vegetation’, not sure if that was just leaves on the line ir a tree blocking the line around the Burnley/Todmoreden/Halifax area. Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

There was flooding between Blackburn and Preston and at Walsden (Manchester side of Todmorden). I believe there was also a tree down at Hebden Bridge 🙂

(My incidence) Of hitting fellow human would mean to uncouple my trains first coach, Then walk on hands n knees over sleeper and track ballast to follow my engine, To push back arm or leg flopped out for immediate severance of my tenders wheels until they emerge?
