68153 on the Middleton Railway, ably banked by Hunslet 2387 Brookes No.1
If you expect a normal steam loco sound from the Y1, you’ll be surprised to hear very little other than the chain drive rattling away. There’s almost no steam exhaust sound, even though the tiny vertical cylinders will be working like stink.
