About the Railway
The Bala Lake Railway is a narrow gauge railway, located in Gwynedd, North Wales.
The Railway runs along the former Bala – Dolgellau standard gauge trackbed along the side of Bala Lake.
Refreshments are available at the main station terminus at the south end of the lake at LLanuwchllyn.
Plan A Visit
An adult return ticket costs £11.00
A family ticket (2+2) costs £26.00
Concession fares, single tickets and tickets to intermediate stations are also available.
