Festival-goers attending this weekend’s Sundown Festival at Norfolk Showground, near Norwich in Norfolk have been advised by Greater Anglia to plan their journeys beforehand and check before they travel.

The festival starts tomorrow, Friday, 30th August and continues on Saturday, 31 August and Sunday, 1st September.

Unlike last year when engineering work and industrial action seriously disrupted rail services to the festival, Greater Anglia has stated that no engineering work is planned for the weekend that could affect fans travelling to the festival.

However, services to Norwich and stations en route are expected to be busy as people use the train to travel to the event.

There will be shuttle buses running directly from Norwich rail station to the festival site throughout the weekend to get festival-goers to the festival site.
