As coronavirus carries on sweeping the UK, many railways are choosing to cancel or postpone events, some are even choosing to suspend train services altogether.

With so many railways around the country, we thought it would be useful to have one page with all the cancellations and postponements that are taking place, and also include railways that are operating.

Covid-19 is a fast-moving pandemic, with information changing all the time. Please check with the relevant railways to see where you stand if you have pre-booked tickets.

If you believe we may have missed one, then please get in touch.

For Train Operating Companies which are affected,

  1. So sorry to hear and learn about all this

I do hope however, That once the dreaded so-called Coronavirus passes and eventually long gone,
And even when it does, I do hope the UK Heritage Railway Industry gets back on it’s feet and Hopefully Reopen for Preserved Trains to Once Again Roam the Restored Rails of Every Heritage Line across the UK.

My heart goes out to the exact Transport Museums & Heritage Railways that are currently affected by this dreadful dastardly disease of A Virus.
