The East Midlands Railway (EMR) Summer Sale has been extended for one more week, offering savings on routes to London, Manchester, Norwich, and many other destinations across the midlands.
Summer Sale tickets are now available to buy until Sunday 4th August.
The sale features significant discounts on tickets throughout their network, including journeys to and from London, as well as the Liverpool to Norwich route via Sheffield.
The promotion offers 50% off selected Advance tickets. However, with a finite number of tickets on offer, customers are encouraged to book promptly to prevent disappointment.
Booking is open until 23:59 on August 4. Tickets must be secured at least seven days before the travel date.
Travel on these tickets is valid from 00:00 on July 29 to 23:59 on September 1.
Availability is limited, and certain exclusions apply. If customers are unable to find the desired journey, it may be due to the tickets being sold out or not part of the sale.
Some of the popular routes at summer sale prices include:
- Liverpool to Manchester from £3.50
- Sheffield to Manchester from £4.80
- Nottingham to Manchester from £9.20
- Market Harborough to London St Pancras from £12.50
- Nottingham to London St Pancras from £18.50
- Sheffield to London St Pancras from £20.70
- Liverpool to Norwich from £26.50
“Our Summer Sale always proves very popular with customers and I’m sure this year will be no different.
“The sale offers a range of great prices right across our network. So whether you’re booking tickets to see all the world-class tourist attractions, shops or restaurants in our capital, exploring the charming medieval city of Norwich or the vibrant nightlife of Manchester, there are some great options for customers.
“Tickets are on a first come, first serve basis – so those looking to take advantage of these great fares should book early to avoid disappointment. When they’re gone, they’re gone.”
Simon Pready, Commercial Director at East Midlands Railway
