c2c has announced that, due to Network Rail replacing the electrical feed used for the signalling centre at Upminster, there will be no train service until after 14:00 on Sunday 19 January.

Rail replacement buses will run between stations and there is ticket acceptance on London Underground between Tower Hill and Upminster, Jubilee Line services between West Ham and Stratford and Docklands Light Railway services between Limehouse and Stratford.

Passengers who have a ticket may also use Greater Anglia trains between Southend Victoria & London Liverpool Street.

Due to further engineering work on the line on the 19 January, trains after 2 pm are also affected.
