Smoother journeys are expected for passengers travelling between and , thanks to £500,000 investment into track renewal work.

The work, which is on the Chase line, which connects and Birmingham New Street via Walsall, will be taking place on Sundays until the 18th July 2021.

Due to the track renewal work, part of the railway will be closed and trains will only run between Birmingham New Street and Walsall.
