Train operator have launched a new set of wristbands to help passengers with specific needs.

There are five distinct designs, and include designs for autism, disabilities, as well as speech and hearing needs.

Back in 2023, we covered the news that East Midlands Railway had launched TALK cards to help with communication, and these new wristbands are designed to complement the cards and can be worn discreetly.

The TALK cards and TALK wristbands are available to order via the EMR website or through their customer service centre.

What do you think about these wristbands? Do you think other train operating companies should offer something similar? Let us know in the comments below.

“Our new TALK Wristbands provide an additional way for customers to express their needs. By offering these wristbands free of charge, we aim to ensure every passenger feels supported and included while travelling with us.”
