A signalling fault at Parton means that trains between Carlisle and Barrow-in-Furness are subject to delays and trains cannot run between Carlisle and Whitehaven.
Trains between York and Blackpool North and Leeds and Manchester Victoria are subject to delays.
Flooding at Darwen means that trains cannot run between Bolton and Blackburn, with trains between Clitheroe and Manchester Victoria running to and from Bolton.
Northern says that passengers can use services between Manchester Victoria and Blackburn via Todmorden.
Adverse weather conditions means that trains between Leeds and Bradford Forster Square / Ilkley and Skipton may be cancelled throughout.
