Children will want to visit The Watercress Line this summer when TV favourites Bluey and Bingo put in an appearance from Friday, 9th to Sunday, 11th August.
Young fans will have a day to remember as they will be able to meet their favourite Heeler sisters as Bluey and Bingo will be at Ropley Station to greet them and pose with them for photos.
Throughout the three days of their visit, lovable Bluey and her sister Bingo will make regular appearances to put a smile on young fans' faces, and at set times provide the chance of photo opportunities.
Older members of the family will not be neglected, as there will be fun for everyone.
As well as regular steam train rides along The Watercress Line's scenic route, there will be children's activities to enjoy, delightful miniature railway rides, the chance to let off steam in the locomotive playground, a scavenger hunt, and a Young Engineers Trail to follow.
At Ropley Station, the viewing galleries in the Watercress Line's carriage workshop and locomotive shed will be open, and there will be the chance to take part in outdoor games in the picnic area.
For a rest from the day's activities, refreshments will be on offer at the West Country Buffet at Alresford station, the T-Junction at Ropley station, and from the kiosk at Alton. The gift shops will also have a range of mementoes from the day's visit.

The Bluey and Bingo weekend is just one of many events held along the line. Steam-hauled train services run from March to October and throughout December, and other special events include Day Out With Thomas, Wizard Week, Steam Galas and festive Steam Illuminations. The railway's famous Real Ale Train and The Watercress Belle dining train are also very popular.
The railway's name “The Watercress Line” comes from when it was used to transport watercress to London in the early 20th century.
Running for ten miles through idyllic countryside along the South Downs National Park between the market towns of Alton and Alresford, it is Hampshire's only standard gauge heritage railway.
