British Transport Police are appealing for help in their investigation into an assault on a train at Bingley railway station in West Yorkshire.
To help their investigation, officers have released a CCTV image of a man they believe may have information that could help their enquiries.
The assault happened at around 7.10 pm on Saturday, 4th May.
The victim was on board a train at Bingley railway station when they were involved in a verbal altercation with a man and a woman. The victim was then approached by a man who knocked him unconscious.
If anyone recognises the person in the CCTV image, or has any other information about the incident, they are asked to contact British Transport Police by text to 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 621 04/05/24.
Alternatively, anyone with information can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Earlier this month, the police issued an appeal for information after an assault took place on a London Underground train, and last month British Transport Police released CCTV images after an assault at Preston station left a passenger with a fractured jaw.
