60532 Blue Peter is set to visit Shropshire this Thursday as it completes a loaded test run as part of its return to mainline service.
On the 2nd May 2024, the locomotive will depart the Crewe Depot at 09:33 and will pass through Crewe (09:57), Chester (10:58), Wrexham General (11:17), Chirk (11:31), Gobowen (11:35) and Shrewsbury at 11:58 before heading to the Coton Hill Depot at 12:08.
After time at the depot, Blue Peter will get back underway at 12:42 and will pass through Shrewsbury (12:47), Wellington (Shropshire) (13:05), Telford Central (13:12), Cosford (13:20), Penkridge (14:47), Stafford (14:55), and Crewe at 15:33 before heading back to the LSL depot.
