Network Rail is to hold drop-in events when local people can see plans for new station developments to be delivered as part of the before they are submitted as planning applications to Fife Council.

The new station developments are at and Cameron Bridge. At the community events, people can view the station designs, meet members of the project team responsible for delivering the stations, and put their questions directly to project team members.

The station plans were developed in conjunction with stakeholders, and these drop-in events follow Fife Council’s consultation on the wider ‘place-making’ aspects of the developments.

In finalising the designs for the stations, feedback from the council’s consultation was taken into consideration and will be on display at the drop-in events.

The schedule for the Rail link project is that construction of the stations and opening of the rail link should be completed in Spring 2024.
