HS2 has released video showcasing some of the finds that have found on West Ruislip Golf Course in Hillingdon.
Dr Emma Tetlow, Principal Archaeologist, shows off some of the finds as well as promoting the map that allows local people to understand the knowledge that has been gained from the work in the local area.
Although the golf course is now closed, footpaths will be kept open during construction to allow the public to continue to enjoy the green spaces.
The Mapping West Ruislip’s Past map can be downloaded from the HS2 website.
HS2 is organising an evening during the Heritage Open Days which will see Emma lead tours around the Golf Course.
