TransPennine Express (TPE) customers are invited to book a space on #TalkTPE events, which have been organised to give people the chance to get in touch, ask questions and talk about things that matter to them when travelling by train.

#TalkTPE’s next session will be hosted by Long Term Planning Timetable Manager, Luke Gardner, who oversees the putting together of future timetables across the TPE network.

Lukes role also includes the ongoing improvement of customer experience.

A main theme for the next #TalkTPE event will be important changes being made to timetables by TPE next month and will give customers the chance to raise any questions about how timetables are planned and put together.

The next #TalkTPE will be taking place on Tuesday the 30th of November between 5pm and 7pm with the chance of having a 15 minute a one-to-one discussion with the team.

Customers can book a space for the next event using the link below, with all spaces will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Luke Gardner, LPT Timetable Manager at TransPennine Express, said,

“We have been listening carefully to the feedback we have received from passengers as they have returned to TransPennine Express following the easing of Covid restrictions. The changes in December aim to increase services where there is clearly demand. We are always keen to hear individuals’ needs in relation to the train plan, and how small interventions to the timetable, may significantly improve the journey opportunities for our passengers. This is your forum to make your needs known.”
