Train operator is looking for feedback to help improve their Train Travel app.

The Train Travel App was launched by c2c last year and is available for iOS and Android devices.

They are looking for volunteers to help them what could be done to improve the app to make it easier for commuters to manage their usual journeys and plan other journeys on the app.

If you were a regular c2c commuter prior to the Coronavirus lockdown restrictions then they would like to hear from you.

Participants will need to complete a form and if selected they will take part in a one-hour remote interview with their design & research partner, Inviqa.

As a thank you for their time, participants will be given a £20 Amazon voucher.

If you think you meet the criteria, then visit the c2c website for more information
