Perhaps Network Rail could start on replacing the overhead wires between Fenchurch Street-Bromley-by-Bow on the LTS Line where the overhead wires are getting old just like what Network Rail have done with replacing overhead wires on the Southend Victoria Line and on the GEML (apart from Stratford).
And c2c have ordered 6 10-Car Class 720/6 Aventras (720601-720606) to replace the Class 387/3s that are being hired which the Class 720/6s are to enter service next year and to cascade the Class 387/3s elsewhere.
