NSW Rail Museum, in Australia, has confirmed its reopening date following a closure due to coronavirus.
The museum will reopen on weekends from Sunday 5th July 2020.
This reopening gives Australian’s access to the largest rail heritage collection in Australia and also the chance to get up close to locomotive 3801, which is fresh from a restoration lasting 10 years.
People can see the engine in steam and get access to the cab.
Despite reopening, coronavirus restrictions will be in place, tickets must be pre-booked as the number of people in the museum will be limited. Tickets will not be able to be purchased at the museum.
