One of ‘s virtual activities, the Hidden Hangouts series, has been launched during the COVID-19 lockdown to explore the more secret parts of London’s Underground network.

With five episodes released so far, each video ventures through a different part of London Underground’s many unused and redundant areas, usually off-limits to the general public.

Hosted by Alex Grundon, who has a keen interest in the Underground, his light-hearted informal commentary makes for easy watching while learning more about the London Underground.

The five episodes published and duration (at the time of writing this article) are:

  1. Aldwych (32mins)
  2. Clapham South deep-level shelter (53mins)
  3. Charing Cross (37mins)
  4. Down Street (47mins)
  5. Broadway (58mins)
