Greater Anglia has announced new bargain fares from just £10 for a limited period. The new ‘Hare Fares’ ticket offer runs until the 9th of February 2020.
The flat-rate fares offer passengers off-peak weekday returns on the Greater Anglia network. There are three zones, with the return prices being £10, £15 and £20. Up to 2 children can travel along for £2 return each.
There is an unlimited number of tickets available which must be booked via the Greater Anglia app or via the operator’s website www.greateranglia.co.uk.
Tickets must be booked by the 9th of February for journeys between the 21st January and the 5th of April 2020.

- Chelmsford to London – £10 Return
- London to Cambridge – £10 Return
- Cambridge to Norwich – £10 Return
- Colchester to London – £15 Return
- Norwich to London – £20 Return
- London to Ipswich – £20 Return
What did the officials say?
Martin Moran, Greater Anglia’s Commercial, Customer Service and Train Presentation Director, said,
“Whether it’s city or coast, shopping or sightseeing, we’re giving people more money to spend on having a great time by helping them save money on their train fare.”

Sounds bit dear to be fair. Is Greater Anglia reducing some of their fares. I think it’s still a complete rip-off.
