What did the officials say?
c2c Delivery Director Laura McEwen said:
“Everyone working at c2c takes great pride in our ability to provide customers with a dependable and reliable train service. To be recognised by our customers for these efforts in the same week that we win an award from our peers is a huge boost for the team.
“We know we’re not perfect, and we will carry on working hard to make more improvements, like investing in our stations and upgrading our new ticketing systems. But these results show we are delivering on our number one objective for our customers.”

I know that c2c are the best train operator as I use them a lot. But their ticket machines aren’t always working Including when commuters travel early mornings and lots of commuters are getting angry and fed up with ticket machines not being fixed at stations on the c2c network. Including at Benfleet station which is my nearest railway station.
