The West Somerset Railway has announced that 4612 will be visiting them for their Autumn Steam Gala.
Pannier 57XX No.4612 will be visiting from the Bodmin and Wenford Railway for the gala.
4612’s visit is thanks to David Nelson and the Bodmin and Wenford Railway.
The Green Pannier will join smaller pannier and old WSR stalwart No 6412 from the South Devon Railway for the gala, which is to be held between Thursday 3rd and Sunday 6th October 2019.
The WSR is working on another guest locomotive to attend, which will be announced soon.
The visitors will join the home-based & long-term loan fleet of Pannier No. 7752, Manor’s Nos. 7822 Foxcote Manor & 7828 Odney Manor, Mogul No. 9351 and S&D 7F No. 53808 along with Hymek D7018.
