Hi, by the look of the vast selection of steam trains working in the UK, plainly there is a zeal to keep your engines alive for people to see how amazing and “alive” steam is.
I am in QLD. Australia, where we wish steam sponsors were available as there are two trains in the Southeast corner of the state. One In Ipswich, one in Maryborough. Distances are quite considerable, so the question is, does your choice of steam make me jealous???
Beautiful steam engines that cover Britain, the best designs, engineered, awesome performance, flowing lines making them the best, by far, in the World.
Yes I am sickened with jealousy, makes it worse with envy to be in your shoes, just to actually BE THERE BESIDE THE LINE. Watching an engine start or pass by. Please be Happy with what you have , as what you have is amazing. Cheers from Australia
Why is Yorkshire getting the first new trains on LNER and Darlington is not getting them yet why just run them in bio made come on ask me the question
Because LNER are gradually introducing the news fleet. Be patient, they will eventually reach further North.
