Saturday 17th November 2018 saw a return to the mainline after a short period out of operation for 6233 Duchess of Sutherland.
The locomotive can now be seen in her LMS Crimson Lake red livery.
The locomotive worked the outward part of the York Yuletide Express from Ealing Broadway to York. This tour is run by Railway Touring Company and is operated by West Coast Railways.
6233 Duchess of Sutherland is seen here passing Little Fenton crossing only about 20 minutes down.
Here are the photos from my trip out!
